Almost midnight, an American knocks the door, and ask if we saw his mountain bicycle which was stolen this evening near Helenbeck, a place half a mile away from my apt. I am really impressed by his persistence, you should know it is 9°F(-13°C) now, and he knocked door by door in this large area, and not like a person, a bicycle is not easy to identify, even you do, it's hard to stop the cycler and wait for him to come to confirm. And, the most important is: it is just a bicycle!

 

But, on the other side, we all should learn from him. This is a good phenomenon: if all of us keep passive in finding the lost since reasonning tell us the possibility is very small and you very possibly pay your effort in vein, then, the theft will be more and more rampant. On the contrary, if we all report to the police and even OVER-ACT to inform the neighborhood and blame the thieves to everyone(including the potential thieves) everywhere, then it's like an Alarm and the Restriction to the thieves. Everybody work together to achieve an ideal society.

 

What a ridiculous night-thinking, and what a cute American, hope he can find his bicycle.

A beautiful beautiful movie. Penguins, the animal living on the far land of Antarctica, march all the way on the ice to their breeding land, hatch the eggs in the extremely hash winter, and the parents go back and forth in turn to get the food.  A lot of new lives disappear easily in the unbearable process, which make their parents’ suffer of several months in vein. The whole movie reflects one theme: love.
